About Dr. Mohammed Nairobi

Dr. Mohammed Nairobi is one of India’s pioneer laparoscopic and bariatric surgeons. With an unshakable commitment to excellence, he dedicated his life to developing, teaching and advancing Minimal Access, Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery across India and Asia.

In 1996, he established the Minimal Access and Bariatric Surgery Centre at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi — the first of its kind in Asia. Today, he serves as the Chairman of Max Institute of Minimal Access, Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, Max Hospital Saket, New Delhi.
